Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very feminine Both the color & scent of this candle are very feminine. To me it smells sweet, fresh, bright, slightly fruity & floral. I'm not sure if I like it - it is pleasant, BUT all of Yankee Candle's floral fragrances give me a headache and make me sneeze and while the floral in this is subtle, there is no way I could sit in the same room with this burning - it gives me a headache and is too strong. But it is nice to scent a different room with and when I walk in or by I like it. I'd say it has a strong fragrance with a medium throw. Not sure if I am going to keep it or not. It isn't bad, just borderline too strong & floral for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the best yet............ I love this fragrance. It has become my favorite and I have been stocking up little by little on the Pink Sands Scent. I have had my friends smell it and they absolutely love this scent too. I highly recommend this scent to anyone. I can smell it throughout my whole house while burning it. I don't think I can live without this scent these days. Ha. I bought a few for xmas gifts too. I hope they will love it too which I am sure they will. I have always loved Yankee Candles and these are the only brand I will only buy. They are the best scented candlels on the market. I will always buy Yankee Candles and I will always recommend them to everyone I know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brings back happy memories during a stressful time [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I lived and worked in Bermuda. And yes, the sand is truly pink and soft. When this fragrance came out, I saw it in one of your retail stores and just lifted the lid. It was love at first sniff! It instantly brought back so many happy memories. Now I always have a jar in my home. During the pandemic, we were told to watch our sense of smell. So always lit a Yankee Candle each day. And the one we love and burnt the most was Pink Sands. Just smelling it makes me feel safe and well. And the warm memories are so good for my mental health. Thank you and do not discontinue this fragrance.

I first purchased this in the Car Jar Ultimate for our family vehicle and loved it so much that I wanted it in our home as well so I ordered the large jar. It remains my favorite, of all the 7 Yankee Candles I currently have. The scent reminds me of a lightly floral scent, maybe Peony. It's not punching you in the face with a strong floral presence. It's sophisticated and very unexpected. Any beach scent is usually just some tropical fruit or blend of them that is habitually expected and disappointing. Perfect for those who can become overwhelmed or nauseated by a strong scent. It is very much present and unique without being over the top. It's exactly right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yankee Candles All Time Best Candle! I have been a Yankee Candle addict for the past 20+ years and I must say I use to only purchase fruity and home-baked scented candles. However, when I first encountered Pink Sands it was at a summer cook-out and my friend had it burning in her bathroom. I immediately fell in love. There is something about this fragrance that instills peace, tranquility and warmth. It has the perfect notes with a slightly sweet throw. This is a candle that can be used year round and you can still never get enough. Never knowing when YC will discontinue a fragrance, I stocked up on all the candles, tarts, votives, oils, plug-ins, reed diffusers and car jars. I cannot get enough of this warming yet exotic scent. Excellent job on this one YC!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine coming home from a long day, you're stressed, exhausted and all you long for is an escape; a few minutes of indulgence to recharge your batteries. You sigh, light a candle and the essence of citrus, light floral and vanilla waft around you, enveloping you gently. Suddenly, you're transported to an Island where a soft tropical breeze blows and the sun kisses your skin. The frustration of your day is washed away, dropped at your feet on Pink Sands. This is an intoxicating and beautiful scent that I'd highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't smell anything!!!! So I am not a candle person. I use oil burners and all that at home because they tend to be stronger. Some co-workers were talking about yankee candles and all that so i thought why not give it a try. My wife likes this flower stuff so unfortunately I had to give pink sand a try. I lit the candle at 8:30 am and I couldn't smell anything for about an hour. I thought maybe it was the initial wax on the surface and give it another hour. It's 12:30pm right now as I write this review and there is absolutely nothing coming out of the candle. I literally have to stand about a feet away from this thing to smell it. Absolutely worthless. It might be a bad unit but this experience is not going down too well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So Nice! This was my first time buying Yankee Candles and I was buying them online so I had no idea what it would smell like. I ordered a medium pillar candle and when I lit it I was so pleasantly surprised! It smells soft and relaxing. Very nice when you are doing work as it the throw is not overpowering. Though it is a little faint but still manages to fill a room depending on how far away you stand. But, this so far this is my favourite candle so far and the scent is beautiful, I will be ordering more from the future. Defiantly recommend!
