Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT smell GREAT throw! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FANTASTIC. The smell has a great throw. I do have it in a smaller room, so I am not sure what the throw would do in a larger area. I have to say, I have fallen in love with the crackle candles. I work from home and that crackle noise is pretty relaxing. I also use these candles in my office, so once again, the room is smaller and the throw is great. It does leak out of my office some, possible in the entrance to my home, with that said, I would give the throw a 7/10 and I would give the scent 8/10. I love any woodsy smell, this has a very good smell, not too sweet, but just enough - I am prone to migraines, so some smells can be very off-putting, this smell is fantastic and light! I would highly recommend.

They all smell more men like in a sense that my husband loves it! We both love the crackling sound. We love to light this candle all the time as it is very long lasting. Our favorite time to burn these candles is when it's raining or cold outside as it crackles and makes it sound like a fire place. These candles are so worth the money as they make you feel cozy and are very well at masking any smells. I would most definitely recommend buying this candle especially if your husband is so over the berry sweet smelling candles.

Great for those that enjoy a pleasant scent without the "flowery" that you may get with more traditional scents. EXCELLENT!! And great for men who like the sound of a crackling fire, a nice smelling home and still have a masculine feel.

I burn it for two hours at a time and the sound of the crackling wood is so calming and therapeutic! I become so relaxed. Plus, the scent lingers in the room even whilst the candle is not burning. This is highly recommended!

I was in a hotel in manhattan which had an amazing scent InThe lobby area, which permeated the whole first floor. I asked what it was and they told me it was a candle that they burn. The candle was very very expensive and so I looked at the candle and tried to replicate the scent. At Yankee candle I tried this woodwick warm woods trilogy and BiNGO! Hit the jackpot. Similar scent with the crackling sound of a fire and very long lasting! Males and females enjoy this scent. You won’t be disappointed! Try it!

It is very restful and soothing; I love to burn this while I am having a warm bath. The smell is so good, very masculine and not sweet. I love the faint smokiness and the candle looks great too with its three colors.

We don't claim to be experts of any kind, but we are very picky with out favorite scent. This blend is our absolute favorite out of the MANY we have tried. The Fireside fragrance is already too notch in our opinion, but the layering simultaneously enhances and mellows out the main scent. We adore this candle.
