The wood wick has a crackling sound that is relaxing and they slow burn so the candle lasts a generous amount of time. This one is the cherry blossom and vanilla which are both scents I love but I could barely smell this. Normally when you take the lid off a woodwick candle you are hit with the amazing smell and this one did not do that. I had to stick my nose close to it to get a good whiff of it. Even after burning for a few hours I didn't smell anything. I would pass on this one in the future

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the way this smelled in the jar. Being a woodwick fan I was excited to try this new type of candle. First of all it was very difficult to light. I had to relight it four times the first time using. The candle barely keeps a flame. I actually wouldn’t even call it a flame. I don’t hear any of that crackling that I’ve come to love with woodwicks. The scent is very light. It’s odd because it has throw but it so subtle. It is pleasant what I can smell of it. It’s a fresh smell and doesn’t have any chemical fake smell to it. I won’t buy this again. My husband even asked me what this candle is supposed to do because he said it looks like it’s having difficulty burning. It just looks like it is going to go out at any moment, very odd.

But, either I received defective candles or theres a serious flaw in the process because my candles barely flicker and won't stay lit. I debated on returning them. They're not cheap. I don't have time. I wont be buying anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the scent and the crackling of the woodwick [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Woodwick Renew Candle Collection is great for those who are consciously trying to choose better for the environment household products, while also being stylish and trendy. These woodwick candles are made with bio based ingredients, recycled and upcycled materials, and a plant based soy coconut wax blend. I really like the simple and modern design of the candle, and enjoy the crackling of the woodwick itself. It reminds me of a home fire and is comforting, along with the nice scent of the cherry vanilla in this candle. I placed this in my living room, however it would also be great to use in the bedroom while trying to relax. I definitely recommend, and can’t wait to try out other scents as well.

The wick is awesome, it flickers just like a campfire. I have had it lit for HOURS on multiple occasions and still have over half of the candle left, so the life of the candle is pretty great as well.

I like the wood wick that makes the candle sound like it's crackling. It gives off enough scent to make the entire room smell nice. The brown glass jar makes the candle look sleek. It also fits into the decor of any room that I put it in.

The scent of cherry blossom and vanilla is just wonderful. It fills your living space without being overpowering. The wood wick burns well and evenly and I really enjoy the way it looks when lit up.
