Our Subscription Programme is the most convenient way for you to get the products you love delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favourite items based on the frequency that you choose. The service is easy to use and customisable, so you can make changes online anytime you want. Just tell us how often you’d like to receive your products, and we'll take it from there. As an added bonus, you’ll get up to 20% off the price of all items that you select for Yankee Candle® Subscription service, and up to 10% off the price of all items that you select for the WoodWick® and Millefiori® Milano Subscription services, as well as free shipping for orders of £12 and above (see details below)!
You always have complete control over your Subscription orders, and we’ll send you an email reminder 5 days before each order is processed for shipping. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or item quantity at any time by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within your account. Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your Subscription service at any time.

Subscribing to a Yankee Candle®, WoodWick® or Millefiori® Milano Subscription is easy. It can be done while browsing on a product page or while viewing eligible items in your online shopping bag. To get started, simply select the Subscription option for your desired product, choose your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as usual. You must be logged into your registered online account to check out with a Subscription order (guest checkout is not available for Subscription service).
After you subscribe to the Subscription Programme, you will receive an email confirming your Subscription order. This email will include a link to access the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account, where you can manage your future orders, Subscription items, and account information.
We will process your Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day your order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 5 days before each Subscription order is processed. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
All eligible items in a Subscription order receive a discount of up to 20% off the current price on our website at the time the order is processed for payment. Certain products offer different Subscription discounts, which you will see when signing up for each Subscription. This current site price may change from order to order — for example, if an item is on sale when your Subscription order is processed, then the amount charged on that occasion will be the sale price minus that product's Subscription discount. Please note that Subscription discounts cannot be combined with additional promotional offers.
All Subscription orders with a value of £12 or over will be eligible for free standard shipping.
Important: To qualify for free standard shipping on any subscription order of £12 or over, it must be checked out separately from any other items.
Subscription orders with a value less than £12 will be charged the standard shipping rate. For all other non-subscription purchases, free shipping is valid for orders of £30 or over.
To review or modify your Subscription account information, first visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account. Once there, you can change your shipping address or your billing address.
Change my shipping address:
To change your shipping address for an order, click the ‘Change Shipping’ link located directly below your current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. The new address that you select will be used for all current Subscriptions and any future orders.
Change my billing address:
To change your billing address for an order, click the ‘Change Billing’ link located directly below your current billing information. This will open a separate page where you can add new payment information. This new billing information will apply to all current Subscriptions and any future orders you place.
Please remember to select ‘OK’ and verify that your updated information has been saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Once you’ve subscribed, the Subscription Programme is easy to manage. By visiting the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account, you can change your next order processing date, skip your next Subscription delivery, change your Subscription frequency, change a Subscription fragrance to a different one, or cancel a Subscription. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Skip my next delivery:
To skip a single Subscription delivery, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and click the ‘Skip Order’ button to the right of the upcoming order date. Your next Subscription order will not be processed, and your Subscription will automatically resume with the following scheduled shipment after the one you skipped. To ensure that changes are made in time, please select this option at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipment date.
Change shipment frequency:
To modify the delivery frequency for your Subscription items, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed for each subscribed item in a dropdown menu next to ‘Every’. To change the delivery frequency for an individual Subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown bar next to the item you would like to modify, and then select your new desired frequency from the dropdown menu. All your upcoming Subscription orders for that item will be updated according to your new selection (Please note that the listed shipment date is the day that your order will start to be processed for shipping, not the delivery date).
Send my order now:
To request that your next Subscription order be processed and shipped right away, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and click the ‘Process Now’ button to the right of the upcoming order date. We will ship your order as soon as possible (Please note that the listed shipment date is the day that your order will start to be processed for shipping, not the delivery date).
Change shipment date:
To change the scheduled shipment date for a single Subscription order, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and click the ‘Change Date’ button on top of the order that you wish to change. You will be prompted to select a new date. Once you’ve selected the date and clicked the ‘Save Order Date’ button, your next order will begin to be processed for shipping on the new date. Your following orders will resume shipping on the schedule that you originally selected (Please note that the listed shipment date is the day that your order will start to be processed for shipping, not the delivery date).
Remove an item from an upcoming order (one time):
To remove an item from an upcoming Subscription order, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and click the ‘Remove Item’ link to the right of the item you wish to remove. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action. The item will not be sent with your other items in your next Subscription order, but it will continue to ship in future orders unless you cancel the Subscription Programme for that item. To ensure that changes are made in time, please select this option at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipment date.
Change my subscription to a different fragrance:
If you decide that you would rather have a different fragrance automatically shipped to you, you can change your subscribed scent by visiting the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and selecting the drop-down menu on the item level to see which fragrances are eligible to be substituted. Starting with your next applicable Subscription order, your original fragrance will be replaced with the new one that you have chosen. If your new fragrance selection has a different price than your original one, then the updated cost will be reflected in the charge for your shipment.
Cancel a subscription:
To permanently cancel a Subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a reason and clicked the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, your Subscription for that item will be cancelled and you will no longer receive orders for that product. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Your Subscription orders that are scheduled to be sent to you next will be listed in the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of your ‘My Account’ page. Please note that the listed shipment date is the day that your order will start to be processed for shipping, not the delivery date.
Subscription items that have the same scheduled shipment date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method will automatically ship together as one order.* If you have more than one subscription and want them to ship together, simply visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of your account and set the next shipment date of both orders (or of individual items within the orders) to be the same. Please also confirm that the orders you want to combine are all being sent to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
Subscription orders can be placed using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal® for payment.
